the game says to read the readme included with the download but i dont think its included...? please tell me if im missing something!
You're right, i forgot to include the readme when i rushed to put out the revisions. It will be included with the release of Demo 2 tomorrow
played your demo after seeing you in grayfruits mosa lina stream. pretty cool stuff, although i feel like the default controller binds could use some work, and also the wipe transition between rooms only shows on like, a quarter of the screen on steam deck. also i don't think buying a soda works without a mouse, but otherwise this is really fun, and it has a lot of potential
Thank you! Yeah there are a lot of faults at the moment, and controller support was added very last minute. I'm glad you decided to check it out and that goes double for checking it on the steam deck.
oh it slipped my mind earlier but the final game will have totally rebindable controller inputs. you'll be able to play around and see what works for you
nice work! excellent creature!
hello i am jony sony from sony. i believe we could market this game to a wider audience on our PlayStation 5 Computer Entertainment Console System. however, we will have to make a few changes so the game can appeal to a wider audience.
the changes are as follows:
1. change all animal characters into humans
2. remove any rougelike elements and add online pvp shooter elements (we will turn it into a 3d hero shooter)
3. change any "interesting" character designs (such as that jack o lantern man) for wider appeal
4. prevent the game from releasing on any platforms other than PS5
5. rename the game to Bloodkill: Newt's Last Stand
we hope you understand.
oh Ok thank you Jony i will do thuis now
